Prince Adeniyi Okubanjo, one of the pioneer partners of the firm, founded Adeniyi Okubanjo & Co. He is a graduate of Covenant University, Otta, Ogun State.
He was the SIAO’s IFRS team lead where he had led several IFRS trainings/conversions rendered to clients. His experience also covered several audit and consultant services during his years with SIAO. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and a CFA Level 3 candidate.

Mr. Abraham is the founder of Abraham Babatunde & Co and one of the pioneer partners of AOM Professional Services. He trained with SIAO Partners and a graduate of the University of Ado Ekiti, Ekiti State, Nigeria. Mr. Abraham played prominent roles in several assignments of his former firm (SIAO PARTNERS).
Mr. Abraham’s wealth of experience spanned through the various sectors of the economy which includes: construction, manufacturing, government parastatals. His experience working as an accountant before joining the audit firm exposed him to the nitty-gritty of the profession which results in his philosophy that all problems can be solved. Odunsi Titilayo Nuraeni is an experienced administrator and Accountant, he attended Federal Polytechnic Ida, Kogi State before bagging his Master’s Degree in Business Administration at Enugu State University. He served Nigerian Ports Authority for 35 years meritoriously and retired as an Assistant General Manager Accounts.
After his retirement, he joined the AOMPS team as the Director of Public Sector Services. His wealth of experience has been a great asset to the firm. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria.
